What a day we had! Many thanks to the 164 archers who visited our wood in Ombersley for our first shoot of 2024. It was great to host everyone again especially as our last shoot back in October had to be cancelled due to the weather. We were much luckier with the weather this time

Everyone at SVYF were delighted to welcome 145 archers to our woodland for our first open shoot of 2022. Chairman Martin Cane started proceedings at 10.30, and we were fortunate enough to have good weather throughout the day.  The course consisted of 36 targets – mainly 3D’s with some faces thrown in, with an extra

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome 125 archers back to our woodland for the first time in two years due to Covid. It was a typical October day, a little chilly and cloudy but we were very lucky with the bulk of the raining staying away having just a couple of very light showers.
